Fixed issues

Event Streaming and Connection Monitoring with CMS Server

• Fixed an issue where the connection status to the CMS remained inactive after resuming event streaming and starting to upload unsent events from the buffer.
• Adjusted the connection status synchronization algorithm: the status now changes to active immediately after actual connection restoration and successful transmission of the first data packet from Ri-HUB (from buffer, during reconnection, or connection test), without waiting for complete processing of the unsent events queue on the CMS side.
• Optimized database operations: eliminated redundant repeated requests to update the RiCoder and CMS connection status when the connection is already established.
• The retry logic and strict delivery order of unsent events to the PNS remain unchanged.

Fixed issues

Event Transmissions

• Fixed an issue where changes in one transmission configuration incorrectly affected other transmissions.
• Resolved a blocking issue that prevented event transmission to the CMS server when an event from Ri-HUB was received without a selected Ademco code.

New features

Object management

• Added an indicator (counter) for accumulated events pending delivery to the CMS when the connection between RiCoder and the CMS server is lost.
• Added a filter for analyzing Ri-HUB connections to RiCoder (filter: "Connection to Hub"). The filter allows quick identification of objects whose controllers have no connection to RiCoder.
• Added a filter for analyzing object connections to the CMS server (filter: "Connection to CMS"). Analysis is based on the general connection status with the CMS and does not depend on the number of undelivered events for the object. Displays objects that have no active connection to the CMS, regardless of whether there are undelivered events.

Object Card Interface

• Added an indicator (counter) for accumulated events pending delivery to the CMS when the connection between RiCoder software and the CMS server is lost.
• Added room name (security section) and zone information to the list of undelivered events where the event occurred.

Connection Control Timers Operation between Ri-HUB and RiCoder

• Fixed the issue with R350 | E350 event generation (Ri-HUB to RiCoder connection control).
• Improved connection status determination logic, reconnection handling, and Ri-HUB transitions: Active/Inactive; enhanced timer accuracy and event delivery stability during connection restoration.

Ademco and RiDom Event Code Mapping 

• Added event code: 99.1.0 "Automatic shutdown due to excessive number of alarms" – E315 "Event buffer overflow".
• Improved synchronization of Ademco codes from RiCloud to RiCoder.

Event Control

• Corrected the algorithm for the undelivered-to-CMS events counter after restoring the connection between the object in RiCoder software and the CMS server. The counter now displays the number of events received from Ri-HUB but not delivered to the CMS due to connection errors.
• Removed system events for Ri-HUB to RiCoder connections from the queue of undelivered events. Now only significant security events are sent to the CMS.
• Fixed the issue with event deletion from the existing translation during synchronization with RiCloud.

Backup Event Delivery Channel via RiCloud (Beta)

• Implemented the ability to back up event delivery from Ri-HUB to RiCoder software via the RiCloud cloud server. This mechanism is used when the direct connection is unavailable.
• ⚠️ Important: The feature is in beta testing and is enabled upon request to technical support.

RiCoder Installation Wizard

• Added verification of the registration key presence in the installation folder during the installation dialog.
