How to change the IP address of the RiCoder server?

Determine which IP address you need to change and, depending on the situation, go to the desired description.

Situation 1 - The IP address for connecting Ri-HUB within the organization’s local network has changed.

Situation 2 - The public IP address has changed for connecting Ri-HUB.

Situation 1. Change the IP address within the organization’s local network

1. Run the RiCoder installation wizard in update mode. More details in section Update RiCoder.
2. In the installation wizard dialog, re-enter the current RiCoder settings (versions, port number, backup data) and specify the new IP address.
3. After successfully updating RiCoder, check your local network router settings. It is important that the new IP address inside the local network correspond to the public IP address for connecting Ri-HUB control centers via the Internet.

Situation 2. Change public IP address

1. Open the RiCoder admin web panel.
2. Click on user icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
