How to change the port number for connecting the Ri-HUB control center?

Determine which port you need to change and, depending on the situation, go to the desired description.

Situation 1 - The port for connecting Ri-HUB within the organization’s local network has changed.

Situation 2 - The public port for connecting Ri-HUB has changed.

Situation 1. Change the port within the organization’s local network

  1. Run the RiCoder installation wizard in update mode. More details in section Update RiCoder.
  2. In the installation wizard dialog, re-enter the current RiCoder settings (versions, server address, backup data) and specify a new port.
  3. After successfully updating RiCoder, check your local network router settings. It is important that the new port within the local network matches the public port for connecting Ri-HUB control centers via the Internet.

Situation 2. Change public port

  1. Open the RiCoder admin web panel.
  2. Click on user icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
