Deploy RiCoder software on a separate server to prevent conflicts with third-party software solutions that use shared resources.

Avoid installing Docker on the OS **Windows Home**and **Windows Server**. **Windows Server** - complex installation of Docker via the console. Docker Desktop is not compatible with Windows Server. **Windows Home** - errors related to WSL and Hyper-V may occur.
